Licence Agreement

Maian Uploader (the software) is a copyrighted work of authorship and is also
protected under applicable database laws. Its author David Ian Bennett retains 
ownership of the software and any copies of it, regardless of the form in which 
the copies may exist. This licence is not a sale of the original software or any copies.

By installing and using Maian Uploader on your server, you agree to the following terms
and conditions. Such agreement is either on your own behalf or on behalf of any corporate 
entity which employs you or which you represent (corporate Licencee):

- A single licence grants you the right to run one instance of the software on one web server and one web site. 
  For each further instance of the software, a new licence is required. A multi user licence grants you the right
  to run multiple instances of the script on multiple servers. No further licences are needed for this option.

- The software is licenced only to you, even if purchased or run on behalf of a third party.
  You may not rent, lease, sub-licence, sell, assign, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of the software
  in any form, on a temporary or permanent basis, without the prior written consent of the script author.

- Licence fees are non-refundable and this licence is not transferable. We recommend you to verify that your
  server supports MySQL and PHP before purchasing.

- The software source code may be altered, but at your own risk. No support may be given in this instance.

- All copyright notices must remain unchanged and visible. If you wish to remove the copyright notice in

- The software may not be used for anything that would represent or is associated with an intellectual
  property violation, including, but not limited to, engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates
  the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets,
  software piracy, and patents held by individuals, corporations, or other entities.

- If any of the terms of this agreement are violated, the script author reserves the right to revoke the licence
  at any time.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, 
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SCRIPT AUTHOR OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, 
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT 
OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND

This agreement constitutes the complete statement of the agreement between you and the script author, 
and supercedes all representations, understandings or prior agreements between you and the script author. 
The script author reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. This agreement is governed by the 
laws of the United Kingdom.
